# AutoFill Portal

> AutoFill Portal fills fragmented, high-stakes forms - building permits,
> government and agency portals, and PDFs - from business data entered once.
> It fills the form and stops: a person reviews every field and files it.

AutoFill Portal is a Chrome and Edge browser extension plus a web app, made by
AutoFill Portal LLC, a New Hampshire company. It reads the form in front of the
user - a web portal or a PDF with a text layer - and matches its fields to the
user's data by meaning, so a form nobody has seen before still fills. There is
no per-agency setup and no library of site-specific rules.

Who it is for: contractors and small businesses filing permits today; more
broadly, anyone whose work ends in regulated forms - professional licensing,
legal filings, healthcare credentialing and similar.

Fill data comes from a CSV or Excel upload, a connected QuickBooks Online
customer list, or a saved business profile.

Data handling: the user's most sensitive identifiers (licence and registration
numbers, tax IDs, insurance and bond policy numbers, signature details, home
address, bank details, date of birth) stay on the user's own device and are not
written to our servers. The uploaded spreadsheet stays in the browser. The
contents of a particular filing are not retained. Accounts can be exported or
deleted at any time, with deletion effective immediately.

It never submits a form on the user's behalf. There is no setting that changes
this.
