AutoFill Portal Chrome Extension — Last updated: February 26, 2026

1. What AutoFill Portal Does

AutoFill Portal is a Chrome browser extension that reads form fields on government permit application websites and automatically fills them using data from a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel file) you provide. The extension uses exact name matching, fuzzy semantic scoring, and optional AI assistance to map spreadsheet columns to form fields.

The extension communicates with a backend server (hosted on Railway) that performs the field-matching computations. The backend requires an API key that you configure.
