Works on any portal or form
Government portals like Accela, EnerGov and OpenGov, flat HTML, PDFs, and custom-built web forms. There is no per-site setup: it reads whatever form is in front of it.
Reads the form, not a rulebook
Field detection works from the document's own text and structure, so a form nobody has ever seen still gets read. Matching is by meaning, so there are no per-agency rules to maintain. PDFs need a text layer; a purely scanned image is not supported yet.
Learns from corrections
Every correction you make teaches the system. Your fixes are applied automatically on your next visit, and shared patterns improve future fills across every form.
Your data, kept separate
Your business profile (name, license, insurance, contact details) fills identity fields; your records fill the rest. Party routing keeps them separate, with automated checks that a value is not placed in the wrong party's field.
Multi-record support
Switch between jobs, projects, or clients in one click. Natural-language search finds the right record instantly: type a description and the match appears.
Nothing gets submitted without you
AutoFill Portal fills the form and stops. It does not click Submit for you: you check every field, fix anything that looks wrong, and file it yourself. There is no mode in which it files on your behalf.

Your spreadsheet never leaves your browser
The CSV or Excel file you upload is held in your own browser storage. We keep no copy of it, and we don't analyse it for anything except matching the form in front of you.
Your sensitive numbers stay on your device
License and registration numbers, EIN or tax ID, insurance and bond policies, signature details, home or mailing address, bank details, and date of birth are never written to our servers. The extension keeps them and fills from them locally.
AI is off until you turn it on
Matching is deterministic by default: no model call happens at all. If you switch AI on, it reads the blank form's layout and labels to find the fields. It is never given your values.
No ads, no trackers, no resale
No cookies for advertising, no third-party analytics, and we never sell or rent your data. You can export everything we hold or delete your account outright, and deletion is immediate.
