It will never quietly put a wrong value on a legal form.

Most autofill has two outcomes: filled, or empty. This has three, and the middle one is the whole point.

FilledIt's confident. Move on.
Double-checkIt filled the field but wasn't certain. Look before you submit.
Left blankIt wasn't sure enough to guess. Click the field and it shows you its closest matches.

A blank costs you five seconds. A wrong licence number gets the permit kicked back and costs you a week. So when it isn't sure, you find out - instead of finding out later.

How it works

Set it up once. Then it's the same on every form.

Licence, EIN, address, insurance, signature - the things that never change. Entered one time and kept on your own machine.

Your jobs, however you keep them

A spreadsheet or QuickBooks. It matches columns by meaning, not by exact spelling, so you don't have to rename anything.

Every tool's marketing tells you what it does. Here's the other half, so you don't find out on a deadline.

It never submits anythingThere's no setting that makes it. It fills the fields and stops. You file it yourself.

It won't fill everythingWhere it has no data for a field, it leaves it and hands you the value to copy.

Some portal controls reject itAddress lookups especially. It tells you which fields it skipped rather than pretending.

Scanned PDFs aren't supported yetIf a PDF is a photo of a form with no text layer, there's nothing to read.

PDFs saved on your computer don't work yetOpen the permit from the town's site instead. That path works.

OpenGov towns are verified todayOthers often work. Tell us which portal your town uses and we'll confirm it.

The sensitive things are never stored on our servers.

Kept on your machineLicence and registration numbers, tax IDs, insurance and bond policy numbers, signature, home address. Held on your own computer and never stored on our servers - a copy travels with each fill and is discarded, enforced in code, not by policy alone.
